Quiet, Close to main roads
I've lived here going on three years, my building is fairly quiet, no major issues, and when something needs to be fixed, maintenance is very quick to fix. Great access to Sunshine, Battlefield and Hwy 65

Quiet and clean
I moved in half-way through someone else's lease, and just resigned. Clean building, with laundry facility across the parking lot, 3 pools, gym, dog friendly and quiet neighbors!

Quiet, Close, and Great Staff
I've lived here for going on 3 years now, great access to Sunshine street, Battlefield, and Hwy 65. The staff is always nice and pleasant. Neighbors are quiet and there are doggos to play with, if you make friends :)

Great place, Great price
Quail Ridge East is a great place to live for me and my dog. There is lots of green space, pools, workout room, and its close to everything! Everyone around is great and it has become my home. You can't beat this place for the price.

Concord Manor Apartments
Concord Manor is an awesome apartment complex to live in. They have many amenities such as a fitness center, pool, laundry, free internet, etc. Some apartments even have their own washer/dryer units, which can be challenging to find. The leasing manager is also very nice and responds to any questions very quickly. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

A great place to live
Quail Ridge East is a great place to live. It is in a great location and has awesome staff that are understanding and do everything they can to make living here the best they can.
